    • Assist in maintaining the database collection system, data informatics and other tasks that optimize efficiency and quality through the Enterprise Data Warehouse
    • Participate in the data ingestion processes to assure data integrity, quality and data validation
    • Collaborate with the analytics team members participating in day to day operational demands
    • Mentor and oversees the activities of the Informatics Data Analyst
    • Collaborate with management to prioritize client business and information needs
    • Identify errors in data and take measures to resolve
    • Participate in building and operationalizing processes that ensure timely data-loading and maintain accuracy and relevance of data used.
    • Promote Continuum’s interest in maximizing consistent, quality data from payers and other source systems
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with all data supplying organizations
    • Incorporate client (internal / external) feedback and experience into solutions to foster continual reporting improvements
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with clients including consistent deliverables & reliability
    • Support and executes change management activities regarding data input. Ensuring constant compliance with standards and to effect change where merited
    • Escalate & prioritize issues as needed to Informatics management
    • Participate in the professional performance planning process with management including metrics, education, and professional growth.
    • Responsible for timely and appropriate communications through e-mail, meeting documentation, and verbal / written correspondence
    • Perform other related duties as required by leadership and management


    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with management of informatics tools or other equivalent analytics tools required for the role
    • Fluency in Informatics tools: SQL, Tableau, SSAS, SRS, Hadoop; ETL
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily in MS Excel
    • Proven working experience as a data coordinator
    • Thorough understanding of the integration between applications
    • Track record of learning new skills and putting them to use immediately.
    • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Working knowledge of information care and analytics principles
    • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
    • Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts
    • Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines for informatics team
    • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of groups
    • Must have ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Must have excellent follow through and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively with technical resources (Sys. Admins., DBA’s, DA’s, etc.)
    • Experience with working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
