    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a part-time HR Administrative Assistant to join the Human Resources department; this will be an hourly role, approximately 30hrs a week. 

    General responsibilities include: responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the VP of HR and the department of Human Resources.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education:  A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum; an Associate’s degree preferred.

     

    Experience:

    • 2+ yrs experience with Unemployment benefits, Workers Compensation, Customer service, New Hire Onboarding, and Benefits Administration.
    • Proven competence in handling confidential information.  
    • Proficient PC Skills; advanced user level of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software such as Microsoft Office and other applicable software.
    • Ability to communicate and interact clearly, courteously, and professionally with customers and staff at all levels of the organization.
